The Student National Dental Association (SNDA) at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine would like to make you aware of a program for students from backgrounds underrepresented in the dental profession – the Impressions Program.

Tufts SNDA is again sponsoring the annual Impressions Program this year on Saturday, November 21, 2015. The Impressions program is a national SNDA event where local chapters invite students from undergraduate institutions and high schools to their dental schools. The purpose of the program is to expose students with various career interests to the wide array of careers in dentistry as well as provide an in-depth look at the dental school experience for students who have already expressed an interest in this field.

During the day, students learn about requirements to enter dental school, are exposed to DAT instructions, engage in a student panel and mock interviews, and lastly participate in hands-on dental activities. It is our hope that after attending our program students will be more knowledgeable about the admissions process, the wide scope of practice of a dentist, and learn about how exciting it is to be a dentist.

The dress code for Impressions Day is business casual. Students may register & pay for the program online by visiting here  and clicking “Impressions Day” on the right panel.

Early Bird Registration (until Nov. 14th): $15
After November 14th: $20

Emory students are encouraged to attend the Impressions Program on Saturday, November 21, 2015. See attached flyer for more information.
